We only open a country where we hold local warehouse stock, because a parcel that crosses a border now attracts import duty and customs delay — the $800 de minimis exemption ended on 29 August 2025. Every product page shows its own delivery table: that product's destinations, cost and delivery window come from the same records the checkout uses, so the page can never promise a destination the checkout would refuse.我们只在有本地仓库存的国家开放下单：跨境包裹现在要交进口关税、也会被清关拖慢 —— $800 免税额度已于 2025 年 8 月 29 日取消。每个商品页都有自己的配送表，该商品能寄到哪、多少运费、多久送达，全部来自结账使用的同一份记录，所以页面不会承诺结账做不到的事。

Canadian orders may be charged duty and GST/HST by the carrier on delivery; that charge is set by customs, not by us. Other countries are not served yet — we would rather say so than ship you a slow parcel with an unexpected bill.加拿大订单可能由承运商在派送时收取关税及 GST/HST，该费用由海关而非我们设定。其他国家暂未开放 —— 与其寄给你一个又慢又附带意外账单的包裹，我们宁可直说。
Dispatch发货
Orders leave the warehouse in 1–3 business days with a tracking number. If your order has not been dispatched within the promised window, we will notify you and you may cancel for a full refund.订单在 1–3 个工作日内出仓并附追踪单号。若未能在承诺时间内发出，我们会主动通知你，你可以取消并获得全额退款。
Tracking物流追踪
You receive the tracking number by email the moment your parcel ships, and you can check live status any time on the Track order page with your order number and email.包裹发出的那一刻，追踪单号就会发到你的邮箱；随时可在「订单查询」页用订单号+邮箱查看实时状态。
30-day returns30 天退货
If a product disappoints, you have 30 days from delivery to return it in its original condition for a refund of the product price. Email support@tjnovaltd.com with your order number and we will send return instructions within one business day.若商品不满意，签收后 30 天内保持原状即可退货退款（商品价）。发邮件到 support@tjnovaltd.com 附订单号，我们会在一个工作日内回复退货指引。
Refunds退款
Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days of approval. Orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full automatically. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we reship or refund in full — your choice.退款经 Stripe 原路退回，通常在批准后 5–10 个工作日到账。发货前取消的订单自动全额退款。若包裹确认在途丢失，补发或全额退款由你选择。
