HOTDROP and TJ SOURCE are operated by TJ NOVA LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 17308318, with its registered office at 124-128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. These terms are the agreement between you and TJ NOVA LTD. What we actually do我们究竟做什么

Two things, and they are legally different. On the storefront we are the seller: we buy the goods, we own them, and we sell them to you in our own name. In the sourcing service we act as a principal too — we buy the goods from the Chinese factory and resell them to you at a stated price. In either case the contract for the goods is between you and TJ NOVA LTD.两件事，法律性质不同。在店铺一侧，我们是卖方：货是我们买下的、归我们所有，以我们自己的名义卖给你。在采购一侧我们同样以自己的名义交易 —— 我们向中国工厂买下货物，再按报出的价格转卖给你。两种情况下，货物合同都是你与 TJ NOVA LTD 之间的合同。

We do not hold, pool or move money on behalf of anyone else, and we do not offer payment, escrow or settlement services. Cards are charged by Stripe, a licensed payment institution; card numbers are entered on Stripe’s own pages and never reach our servers or our apps.我们不为任何第三方保管、归集或划转资金，也不提供支付、托管或结算服务。银行卡由持牌支付机构 Stripe 收款；卡号在 Stripe 自己的页面上输入，不会进入我们的服务器或应用。

Orders and when the contract is formed下单与合同成立时点

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the dispatch confirmation, and the contract is formed at that moment — not when your card is authorised. If we cannot fulfil an order (stock gone, price on the page was wrong, or we cannot lawfully ship to your address) we will tell you and refund you in full. Price, tax and import duty价格、税与进口关税

Prices on the storefront include our margin and, where the destination table says so, delivery. They do not include import duty or import tax charged at the destination. The United States ended the $800 de minimis exemption on 29 August 2025, so we only open a country where we hold local warehouse stock and can quote you a landed price. Cancellation, returns and refunds取消、退货与退款

If you are a consumer buying at a distance, you have the statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. On top of that, and voluntarily, we give every retail customer 30 days from delivery to return goods in their original condition. The two rights sit side by side; you may rely on whichever suits you. Goods sourced to your specification for your business are a business-to-business sale: the consumer cancellation right does not apply, and the cancellation terms of the individual quote govern. We say so in the quote before you accept it, not afterwards.按你的规格为你的企业采购的货物属于企业对企业交易：消费者取消权不适用，以该份报价载明的取消条款为准。这一点我们会在你接受报价之前写明，而不是事后才说。

Delivery and risk交付与风险转移

Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us. Delivery windows are estimates in working days from dispatch. If we miss the window we promised, we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund.货物风险在送达你所提供地址时转移给你。交付时间是自发货起算的工作日估计值。若我们未能在承诺时间内送达，会主动告知，你可取消并全额退款。

Your account你的账户

Keep your login details to yourself; activity under your account is your responsibility. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, and we will tell you why.请自行保管登录信息；账户下的活动由你负责。违反本条款或「可接受使用政策」的账户可能被暂停，我们会说明原因。

Liability责任范围

We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit — including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We may update these terms; the version in force when you place an order is the version that governs it, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed. These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
