Open Track order, enter the order number from your confirmation email (it looks like HD-XXXXXXXX) and the email you paid with. In the app it is the Orders tab. You will see each step and the tracking number as soon as the parcel ships.打开「订单查询」，输入确认邮件里的订单号（形如 HD-XXXXXXXX）和付款邮箱。App 里是「订单」那个页签。包裹一发出，每一步和追踪单号都会显示出来。

You have 30 days from delivery, in original condition. Email us with the order number and we send return instructions within one working day. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually 5–10 business days after we approve.签收后 30 天内、保持原状即可退。发邮件附订单号，我们一个工作日内回退货指引。退款原路退回付款卡，通常在批准后 5–10 个工作日到账。
