What stays on your device只留在你设备上的
Your basket and your language choice are stored on your own device — in the browser's local storage on the website, and in app storage in the mobile apps. They are never sent to us and disappear when you clear the app or the site's data.购物车内容和语言选择保存在你自己的设备上 —— 网页存在浏览器本地存储，App 存在应用存储。它们不会发送给我们，清除应用或站点数据后即消失。
What we receive, and only when you send it只有你主动提交时我们才收到的
- When you place an order: your name, delivery address, email and phone. These are collected on Stripe's own checkout page and passed to us so we can have the parcel packed and delivered.下单时：姓名、收货地址、邮箱、电话。这些在 Stripe 自己的结账页收集，再传给我们用于配货与发货。

Card payments are processed by Stripe on their own hosted page. In the apps that page opens in the system browser view. We never see, handle or store a card number, and neither do our servers.银行卡支付由 Stripe 在其自有页面处理。在 App 中该页面以系统浏览器视图打开。我们与我们的服务器都不接触、不处理、不存储卡号。
What we do not do我们不做的事
No advertising identifiers. No analytics or tracking SDKs. No third-party trackers on the site. We do not build profiles, we do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone. Who else sees it还有谁会看到
Only the parties needed to complete what you asked for: Stripe (payment), the carrier and warehouse that pack and deliver your parcel, Cloudflare (hosting and delivery of the site and its database), and our email provider for order confirmations. How long we keep it保存多久

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — subject to the record-keeping we are legally required to do. The apps do not require an account. To remove what is stored on your device, delete the app or clear the site's data in your browser.
